Minimum Qualifications
The position will be filled at one of the following levels depending upon qualifications:
Property Agent:
Education and/or Equivalent Experience:
Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to the job, plus two (2) years of related experience in a related field to real estate activities such as buying, selling, mortgage lending, commercial banking/commercial real estate, property management, real estate paralegal experience, or title conveyance.
Experience may substitute for education up to four (4) years.
Licenses and Certifications Required:

Property Agent Senior:
Education and/or Equivalent Experience:
Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to the job, plus four (4) years of experience in a related field to real estate activities such as buying, selling, mortgage lending, commercial banking/commercial real estate, property management, real estate paralegal experience, or title conveyance.

Position Overview
: This position performs key functions for the Leasing, Property Management, and Special Projects section of the Financial Services Department, Real Estate Services including but not limited to identifying, negotiating, and closing the acquisition or real estate for lease or purchase. Other duties may include maintaining leases after execution, inputting lease information into databases, and processing monthly lease and utility payments.

Preferred Qualifications
